Builders Club

 

 

The Builders Club is a community service club formed to foster leadership in middle school aged students.  We are sponsored by the Tumwater Kiwanis Club and will offer volunteer activities throughout the year.

 

Time Commitment

Meetings will ordinarily take place the first Wednesday of the month during Opportunities in room C-10.  Listen to the announcements in the morning and during Friday Advisory time. Some volunteer activities will take place outside of the school day and may require transportation.

 

Monthly service activities will also be available in the Quiet Café during Opportunities.

Notes to Soldiers

In honor of Veterans Day and to show our support for our military personnel, write a note to be sent to a soldier on active duty.

 

 Thurston County Food Bank FOOD DRIVE

Help organize the TMS Food Drive. We need help making posters, writing and making morning announcements, and collecting food from 1st period classes. 

 

YWCA "The Other Bank" donations

Is your bathroom cabinet cluttered with old hotel soaps, shampoos or other toiletry items you'll never use?  Drop them off with Mrs. Thompson in room C-10, so she can donate to those in need.  You can also drop off cleaning supplies.  This collection is ongoing throughout the year.

 

Thurston County Food Bank

Help organize and deliver food at the food bank.  Sign up to participate on the 2nd or 4th Wednesday of the month from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
